They were so incredibly helpful with getting me new tires quickly after a flat tire. They fit me in right away and updated me consistently. They were all so nice since they could tell I was very stressed…will definitely be coming back! Thank you Tina, Robert and Jason!

I came to TiresPlus for à flat repair. After inspecting the tire they explained that the tire couldn’t be repaired. He then explained replacing options and after approving the most convenient for me they performed the job in a little over 20 minutes. The car was ready in no time while I comfortably waited in their coffe área The guy that helped me was Ed. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, courteous and professional. I highly recommend this business without any reservation

I had to have my car towed to Tires Plus, because a knocking sound in the engine began along with a flashing check engine light. I looked this up on AI and discovered that my car most likely falls in the category of a class action lawsuit against Hyundai-because of this severe engine malfunction. Robert Wikstrom, Store Manager, was very patient and knowlegeable about this problem with this year and model of Hyundais. He printed out a large volume of pictures and information which showed all the inspections they had done and what they had found. They did this , I believe, so I have proof of what was discovered and I can begin my case with Hyundai-and to have Hyundai replace the engine, if that is what the case is. I highly recommend Tires Plus on Commerce Drive in Madison, WI. They are so supportive and professional and they really care about the customer.--

5 Stars here; we had a flat and contacted Tires Plus. Tina was the best person to contact; our "Savior" as we needed to travel back home to WI Rapids that evening. Tina listened to our needs, validated a tire was in stock. We arrived prior to store closing; Tina met with us; and staff member Jason changed our tire, removed the small donut and installed the new. We greatly appreciate the sincere service by All. Highly recommended. Thank you, Joe, Sarah and our little Beckham which needed the ample care most!
